That intercooler plumbing needs to go too - it looks like silicon piping, which if it is - means it won't hold pressure as well as aluminum or steel and seems to have a lot of bends in it!

The only suggestion I have if you a set on "loading a basemap" onto you N326 ECU is to maybe contact RTEK and get a chip for the ECU that will allow you to adjust fuel and timing curves. It's not a standalone, but it may help solve your problem!

What exactly is the car doing that makes you want to tune the ECU? With 13.8 AFR - you may just need to get better injectors and larger fuel pump.. the NA engines are high CR too, which makes timing even more important.

Thanks your edvices... These pipings are carbon fiber I haven't got a change for intercooler and if I change the intercooler I must change the front bumper and I have to some wait for this action... I have 5bar fuel pump but stock injektors but I will buy 680cc enjectors and new turbo... What your suggestion about turbo?

Turbo n/a's are fun but dont last to long without proper tuning. I should know i ran a s4 na for 2 days it was tearing up the street dhen blew in a first gear pull becuase i was using a N/A fuel pump with TII injectors and a stand alone go figure BAD TUNNING AND NO FUEL MODS. your best bet is to go standalone .

Thanks your information. I wanna buy a stand alone , and I'll buy it. I have a fuel pressure regulator and I adjusted it @ 40psi. So it running with no problem for the present. My problem begins after I buy the standalone. I need a basemap to appyl my standalone I buy. If anyone has a basemap which I can use for my FC , please send me for right tune. I haven't got enough information about real time tuning so I wanna benefit from a member on here. Thanks for your understanding...

Microtech ECU's already come with a base map pre installed for our particular engine types. It is designed to be able to hook up and turn the car on you could probably drive the car out of boost and start tuning roughly on the street but the best option is to get it dyno tuned. and a wide band is a definate must. I tried to tune my N/A turbo with a narrow band A/F gauge it went bye bye very fast.

im surprised it hasnt blown up yet at 13.8 AFR. That is way too lean for turbo.

i would avoid boosting it untill you get some way to control more fuel into it.

Thanks your waring , I am learning , I wanna best setup for my FC. I have using my FC more than 10.000miles with new engine with this setup but I have no problem compression still 9.7bar and I don't know how many horsepower with stock N/A ECU but on the video which I put on the page , Megane RS II Turbo chiped , full egshaust system , air intake kit and dyno run is 237whp but I pass him as you see. I hope my FC runs good much more than... sure with your help By the way my FC the one FC in Turkey. And I am trying to teach a lasson Subarus , Hondas and etc... because most of people who living in Turkey don't know about RX7 and Rotary , and they always say " weak car , problem car , not strong" but I'll show them notthing seems as it so!!! I love RX7 and trying to improve it still by my self... I hope understand me friends.

Salamaleykum,

i have a friend in Ohio who is turkish, and he knows much stuff about proper tuning. he is using a microtech standalone also! i am going to ask him if he could help you out with tuning your car, i am sure he will.

Its great to hear you want ti improve the status of a rotary-engine in turkey, its not that bad in germany, but there are prejudices also, so we want to teach them a lesson also.

AFR 13,8 is way too much.. and as your base is a N/A (by the way is it a S4 or S5 engine?) you have Rotors with more compression, which means to be very risky at boost, because they tend to knock much earlier than lets say 8,5:1 rotors from a S4 TII.

My Car feels great at 11,2-11,4 @ 8psi of boost and its safe also.

are you selling your turbo?

Thanks your interest my friend I have a S5 engine which is made by Kiwi-re and is a blue short block. I bring it from U.S.A and I love rotary , I blew my old engine 2years ago... though I never mind to give up it!!! So I wanna drive my FC as good as possible. About this I am trying to learn some things right about rotary tune from you. I am glad you share your experience with me. Please inform me about your Turkish friend , my MSN address: thedreamneverends@hotmail.com Thanks everything...
