So this project has been delayed several times over the past few years (thank you Billy Bob and your tractor trailer), but it's FINALLY coming together and the results are worth it! The idea was to build an Aspec Infini using an 89 GTUs and a 90 TII parts car. None of the infini goodies are on the car yet, but it's back from paint! Exciting for me so I thought I'd share some pics.

Car will look bone stock inside out but do around ~350 to the wheels when it's finished.

Undecided. One of the problems with leaving the stock airbox in there is getting enough air to the motor. Eventually there will be a 3-4" TID made out of couplers feeding from the airbox, but the real problem is the box itself. The first solution was to drill holes in the airbox and feed some cool air into the area via the ksp duct. Version 2 is going to enlarging the airbox by "sandwiching" a lip sawed off from another airbox in between the two halves and then fitting a cone filter in there. The reroute the brake ducts or something into the bottom of the airbox. We shall see if that's acceptable or not. Don't ask me why I'm going through so much trouble to keep a stupid airbox, I don't have a good answer.
