I have recently been having an issue I cant get my car to start. I did some what of a top end rebuild on the motor (Seals Gaskets didnt take the actual motor apart). I got it back in and everything hooked up and now the motor just spins when i start it getting no spark no fuel its like the EGI fuse is out but i have checked all the fuses the pump almost everything. I went to see if there were any engine codes and the lights stayed solid. Is my ECU dead what else could cause this issue?

Yeah it sucks pretty hard had the car back together for about a week now. While I had the engine out I had to hook back up the battery and there was some smoke because i left the ign on. It blew some fuses but i replaced them except the radio which keeps blowing dunno why. I checked the coils and injectors and main fuses they all are ok they get power. Im thinking its the alt wire harness or the ECU. How do I test the ECU to see if its ok I can get another for $15 but dont really want to spend that if I dont need it.
