Do you have A/C?? I dont know what this smoke is, but my other convertible that just got running had it when I was trying to get it started, but now its gone. I know some cars when the A/C is on, can blow out some smoke, almost like when you go outside and blow your breath in the air on a nice cold day.

Yea, is it exhaust smoke or just a sort of white mist or something. If your heater core is going it could blow out the white mist, or it could just be from you AC like Rob said. If its exhaust then I would check for leaks.

Heater core will do it. Usually they will fog up the windows shortly before they start spewing on your passengers feet! That reminds me I need to replace the heater core in my jeep.

AHHHH ******* heater core also gives you that nice disgusting smell, he would probably have noticed the windows getting fogged and scummy, and the horrid smell.

i have an 88 gxl that had the same proble its a big **** block cause it leaves your girl smelling like exhaust fumes and i dont think that girls like that. anyway i had leaks in my exhaust mostly in the cats but i just put straight pipe fron to back and it fixed that problem so check for leaks in the exhaust.
