This is my latest toy.

I have recently ported the engine, will be fitted again soon.

car has blitz k27 turbo etc etc. It has a chipped ecu hence still has afm.

I don't know what ecu to fit? Can get an apexi but they are stupid money for an fc,

considered microtech lt8 but don't know much about them whetehr they are any good or not, I like the autronic also but again stupid money.

What do you guy's tend to run on your modified fc's ?

I really like the body work, except the whole rivets looking things on the widened fenders. Very clean though. Ohh ya for EMS, most people on here run Haltech or Microtech.

i like the wolf 3d v4 units, no datalogging but ill also be running an innovate lm1 with the aux 2 input which takes 5 inputs from sensors, so it's basically a different way to datalog and still use the wolf.

wolf is decently priced too.

wolf is good, but i'd use a halteck. with their new software, you can use windows in the laptop instead of dos, and it is really nice. Plus they are much more common both in real life and on this forum so there is a larger info base for it.

Thanks for response guy's.

Would the haltech be described as user friendly for setting up & mapping as is

say the pfc and datalogit ? Does timing stay locked ? or does it float like pfc under boost by 2 or 3 degrees?

Cheers

i'm using an electromotive tec2 on mine, local hardware support and local tuning support... you should investigate who can tune for you over there and what they are comfortable with. All of the systems have positives and negatives. You have any heating issues with your radiator?

It would be perfect if the e-bay matched the outside, i'll bet it runs like a raped ape though.
