I know this has been asked before, but I'm impatient and didn't find anything after a quick search, so I'll ask it again.

If the secondary injectors don't come on at all at 3800, what are the possible causes?

um its possible they are not getting the 12v power, or the ecu is not switching them for some reason, like the afm isnt open all the way or maybe the pressure sensor isnt plugged in? tps?

How hard is it to check the voltage going to the injectors? I had my multimeter with me when I looked at the car...I should've checked the TPS, although I doubt that's the problem.

yah i doubt that it either, the injectors should turn on around 3800 rain or shine. put a voltmeter at one of the ecu pins for a secondary injector, when its off it should be at 12v. the ecu grounds em

Um...it's worth more than that. It has new Suspension Techniques springs and Tokico struts, for example.

NA is easy, disconnect the plugs to the secondary and plug in a voltmeter and rev the engine to 4k

If you can get you hands on a fuel injector tester that has the lights is helps. I think the secondaries are triggered by rpms.
