ok, one of the ends of my secondary injector diffusers broke off....the part that holds the injector in place is still there though......can i just modify the other one so it is the same or do i need both of them to have the little screen area? i figure its the secondaries so the diffuser doesnt help much because when the secondaries kick in there is alot of air velocity ...i am also running a mild street port....

any suggestions?

If you only need one, it will cost like 15-20 bucks so I'd just replace it to be sure. www.mazdatrix.com sells them

they are kindof a bitch to remove tho. You will need to have the manifold off.

That is a good question;I have no idea why there are diffusers on the secondaries...

It still helps to atomize the fuel. The car will run fine without it, but it runs better with. You can get away with it, but if you can afford, youre better off buying new diffusers.

I ran mine without and I didnt notice a diff but I took out so much at one time its hard to say. I think I have an extra one in my parts box I can hook you up with. They are pretty brittle.

You don't need them.
