I'm looking at buying an '88 convertible that is in good shape everywhere but the seats. So, I'm looking to find either a pair of grey leather RX-7 seats or ideas about what will swap in. Please no "maybe" or "might." I'd like to hear about seats that have gone into your car that were from other donors. Thanks!

I'd suggest finding TII seats, They offer better support and they bolt right in.
