you also might want to do that structural foam crap while you're in there http://www.itwfoamseal.com/auto_aftermarket.htm

If you foam, which done properly is more effective that the seam welding. use a STRUCTURAL FOAM like mike linked, not a HOme Depot insulating foam like the kids on the evil forum

I have used that foam, not in a car mind you, discussed it briefly with Nemesis as well.

It would be MUCH easier to do then the seam welding, and wouldnt really add weight

plus after the seam welding you have to clean it up real nice and treat the metal to avoid rust..

Foam Party!!!

Where on the FC would you pour the foam into? I've actually been wanting to play with that stuff for a while anyway. It needs to be mixed and poured in, where and how?

In the rocker panels, the roll-over hoop assembly, inner rockers, door posts etc. Anywhere there is a hollow area created by 2 or more pieces of metal.

You might want to check the dates on their site again. They started building that car in August 2000 and didn't finish it till January 2003 when it had its first inspection and race.
