I'm an adult, lol...but its funny because everywhere I go..I get carded...and when you loose a license, you cant go anywhere

Luckily I got my restricted license now...so thats all cleared up. The guy w/ the sandals was my buddy Jon, but I was wearin sandals too...lol, it was like 90+ and humid as hell, I didn't wanna wear pants AND shoes, I had to cool down somehow.

And yes, the car should be fast soon. I'm gonna pull the motor apart tom prolly to see what happened. I had planned on just rebuilding it and saving as an extra, but just by quick look and guessing...I don't think the rear rotor/housing are in reusable condition...so I'll probably part the motor out for whatever I can get..and I'll have the rear rotor & housing polished for a display piece, lol...
As long as the plates are good you'll have an "investment."

The side housings. People around here call them plates. I've started saying it because it's fewer words than side housings.

You must not know too much about turbos.

Well...I think it will spool just fine, lol. Ya gotta remember Rx7s have hella exhaust gas pulses...a stock motor spools a stock turbo really quick, so a modified motor will spool a bigger turbo quickly too...I'm not worried

The typical big turbo will make full boost at a higher RPM than stock, but the powerband will extend much higher, well past 8-9K. A stock turbo craps out at about 6-7K. A friend of mine has an HKS TO4E kit on a big streetport, and the turbo starts to choke the motor a little at high RPM.
