another good idea is to use a small screwdriver to lift up the lip of the hose and spray wd-40 inbetween the hose and the hose neck, go smoke a cigarette and come back, it will fly off.

Well, just buy a new hose and hose clamp. Once you have all the parts to replace the stuff you are trying to remove, go medieval on it with the blowtorch and pliers. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png Just cut the crap off and put new parts one. If it's been on long enough to get that stuck on then it's high time to replace it. Seriously, if it's that stuck then how good can the hose be. It's not worth trusting. Once you get all the stuck on hose bits off the radiator, don't forget the sandpaper to make a nice clean surface for the new hose to go on to.

when i pulled my lower rad hose it was stuck on like a bitch. took for ever to get off but it was still good when i inspected it afterwards and im still using it now.

Removal of hoses I didn't originally put on the car = replacement.
