my car has the s5 front along with the molding on a s4

that pic had s5 molding all around? cept a little

 

it now has that last s5 piece on now.

 

maybe use the bumper strips from the S4

 

Mine fit fine. I never drilled.

 

all this conflicting info, I wish people would only give first hand

expierence to avoid giving bad information out

 

Yeah i think the S5 fenders have a differnt offset where the bumper fits in(at the edges of the fender and bumper). Makes the bumper fit but tightly in and close the gap in the front.

did you have to replace the s4 fenders with s5's to make the new s5 mouldings line up??

 

S5 will fit perfectly fine on a S4. The only thing as mentioed is the moldings. The moldings are in the exact same place, just a different design.

This is a pic of my old S4 TII with the S5 bumper. Sorry its not to clear (no digital back then lol) so i know first hand

 

it's painless



the bumper bolts to the fenders/chasis fine and all you need to replace is the molding.



I put the bumper on myself.............
