Hey! I'm kinda in a bind. my 86' na is rinning too rich and i cant figure out why. i have tried adjusting it but it wont stop. it really starts to bog down around 3600 rpm when i really get on the throttle for the first few minutes of driving. then it slowly starts to act ok but not up to par. i also have lost some power. i just got my car back after a nightmare of doing an engine swap. someone help!

how did you try adjusting it? And because it bogs at 3600ish you think its running rich, or is it hesitation?

well, after driving the car around for awhile, you can smell gas from the engine compartment, an it floods out once in a while. so that led me to believe that the car is running too rich. the adjustment that i was turning was the variable resistor by where the stock air box was. i figured that the R was for rich and the L was for lean since they were not on the Right and Left sides (R was on left and L was on right). i really dont know if that is correct though.
