Since ive had my car its always had this problem. If i rev it over 3k while in nuetral when it goes back to idle it will run rough and bounce from 600-700. I can hold it steady with my foot at 900 for a few seconds and let off and it will go back to being steady.

 

check and recalibrate the tps

 

Or a bad AFM...
