I think that it would just ruin your rotor. It would also change your displacement, and compression ratio.

thanks for letting me know i like to be experimental. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif

There aren't any ports on the rotors. The ports are in the side and rotor housings.

I figured he was referring to the recessed area on the rotor face.

Yeah, but he must learn his vocabulary. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/angry.png

Making those recessed areas deeper will lower the compression, but I wouldn't bother messing with that.

recessed area of the rotar sounds better i realize my terminology sucks but i still have to ask questions and i appreciate all your answers. other wise i may answer them myself and every one says dont do that either https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png

If you want lower compression you can just get low compression rotors. I've never heard of anybody making high compression rotors, which would require filling in the recessed area.

chronicspeed 06-15-2002 08:48 PM

why would you want low compression?i dont think i had that in mind i was thinking more. chronic B) more.. :yinyang:
