Does any one know if cleaning up or makeing the ports on the rotar itself bigger help. while i got em out might as well check. thanks https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I think that it would just ruin your rotor. It would also change your displacement, and compression ratio.

thanks for letting me know i like to be experimental. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif
just want to be godspeed https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif |

I figured he was referring to the recessed area on the rotor face. http://www.racingbeat.com/photos/10030.jpg |

Making those recessed areas deeper will lower the compression, but I wouldn't bother messing with that.

recessed area of the rotar sounds better i realize my terminology sucks but i still have to ask questions and i appreciate all your answers. other wise i may answer them myself and every one says dont do that either https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png

why would you want low compression?i dont think i had that in mind i was thinking more. chronic B) more.. :yinyang:
|
huh wtf? im confused

yes, to lower chances of detonation, but wouldn't it have more power with high compression under boost? I don't understand why they don't mix, high compression is kinda just like boost, are is more compressed  |

You can make alot of power with higher compression, as long as your tuning is good. I've heard of a few people running NA rotors in a turbo rotary, and they had good results. |
