Replacing Door Window
#2
remove the door panel, remove the water gaurd aka the plastic on the door. then roll the window or what is left of it half way down. there should be 2 10mm headed bolts that hold the window glass to the regulator. remove the 2 bolts. remove the outer lower weather strip for more room. then slide the glass at an angle up and out. revers the process when installing the new glass. also vacum any and all glass pieces from the inside of the door.
hope that helps.

make sure you have a shop vac with a very narrow attachment to pick up all the glass stuck in the door itself. that really sucks that your car got broken into, you are gonna hear the glass stuck in the door rattling around for months.

It sounds like they did more than just break the glass.
The link rod for the inside latch handle must be jammed.
Remove as much of the remaining glass as you can from the outside.
Pull off the outside rubber window weather seal to get some access room so you can push aside the broken glass & clear the link rod.
Two years ago I had a window get shot with a slingshot.
I got a replacement at a salvage yard for $25.
