Clean the electrical grounds. It probably needs it and could explain a lot of your problems. I agee with what was said earlier, if there is any question that the pulsation damper is leaking, do not drive the car. I think the banjo bolt mod may not be the best way to resolve it.

 

I'm just gonna get the damper replaced. I feel safer with a brand new part.
