Rear Seat Hardware Latches "u Bolt?"

just got my back seats in.... thanks to a person on this forum, he told me they didnt have the locks that go into the speaker towers, i went ahead paid for them "dusty as hell" but little soap n water cleaned'em up real nice.
i was wounding would U bolts work for the speaker tower locks for the latches on back of seats? trying to find a quick way to fix them
