We got the orignal fresh off the container!. The replica should be done by the end of March. It will come with Hella headlights and you can upgrade them to HID. The estimated price will be
$650: bumper only $1000: bumper with Hella low beam and high beam headlight, lens cover $1600: bumper with HID hella low beam, regular halogen high beam, lens cover You are getting the same quality headlights like the Rotary Extreme 3rd gen headlight but for a lot less. You spend $625 to buy the East Bear. Why not spend another $375 to get a new bumper, sleeklight and better German made lighting? http://www.rotaryextreme.com/newbodykit/refc-1.jpg http://www.rotaryextreme.com/newbodykit/refc-2.jpg http://www.rotaryextreme.com/newbodykit/refc-3.jpg http://www.rotaryextreme.com/newbodykit/refc-4.jpg Let me know if you guys want to jump on the RE FC2002 bumper replica. I will be taking pre-orders pretty soon but I want to see what kind of feed back I get before I set the final prices. Thanks. Chuck Huang |

Yea...you can get the full cowl(the real one) for 1600...but w/out HID. So if I was willing to buy that one for 1600..i'd be more then happy to spend 1600 w/ rotaryextreme to get the HID...

sweet, looks like i might consider this one instead of the gp sports bumper, this kit was my original desire but i couldn't afford it. I want to see some more pixs of it installed and painted.

Revvin...we're gonna be in a fight https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
I think it would actually be pretty cool though, like if we ran into each other's cars on the strip or road...we'd HAVE to race, friendly though of course. Are you leaving ur car white? |

Here are the pix. The original one is made of fiberglass. Yes, its' thin. We will make the replica thicker if you specially request it. The RE one is a 2 oz fiberglass. We can make it up to 4 oz which is twice as thick and the bumper without charging extra.

YESSS THANK GOD!! I've been waiting forever for someone to make a replica of that. Put me on the list to buy one.
|
Chuck, you going to have the fender flares too?
|
great job chuck. like everyone else is asking : are you gonna make a replica of other re-a fc parts as well?

so its okay to buy a $1800 bumper but not to buy a headlight duct. They both serve the same purpose for lookz. It looks off the meat rack though
|
www.rxecret7.com sells the original with the HIDS for 1680.00 go check it out. i am not lying. under re amemiya . >;x
|
You arent bitter about that headlight duct or anything are you?

that front end will ditch the headlight motors and assemblies and provide you with a perfect place for a large fmic, it's quite the functional piece, but $1800 is a bit pricey if you ask me. There will be significant weight savings using this part, and that weight is all in the front of the car. |

Where did you guys get the $1800 price??
Let me explain myself a little better. The headlight housings are part of the bumper. So even if you buy the bumper only, you still get the headlight housing part. The only thing is that you will have to get your own lights to put into the holes. I even took a pic of the back to show you how it's done. If you are on a budget, you can find those cheap lights at pep boys for $50 bucks a pair. So you can just buy the bumper and use those cheaper alternatives. Bumper only: $650, light housings are part of the bumper lexan covers: $75 a pair bumper with Hella 90mm lights and lexan covers: $1000 bumper with Hella 90mm HID low beam and halogen high bem, and lexan covers: $1500 You can buy with the regular lights for now and I can upgrade them to HID for you later but then you will have to pay $600 for it. If you get everything at once, you save $100. Chuck Huang |
I am not going to make any other RE Amemiya FC parts until I can get 10 pre paid buyers on each of them. I will make the bumper for sure but for the hood, sideskirts, and rear diffuser, I need to find 10 pre paid buyers before I even import them.

All the money I am talking about is US dollar.
