How rare are FCS5 GXLs? Cause currently, that's what I'm looking for (in Ontario). It doesn't have to be a GXL model, but it's what I'd prefer. Thing is though, if these are hella hard to find, then I don't think it's worth putting my energy into such a narrow search yanno? An S4 would also suit me well, I've seen a few of those floating around, though I passed them based on condition or price.

the cars are old enough that you want the car in better condition, s5's are kinda rare to start with (they were 25kusd new!), so i would look for a nice one and hope its a gxl

S4 = FCs built from 85-88

S5 = FCs built from 88-91

I could be wrong on the exact perameters, but that's pretty much it.
