I'm in the market for two racing seats. I'm looking for something that reclines because i need to get behind my seats occationally and i like a little comfort. I also don't want to spend too much money. I found these seats on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMEWA%3AIT

I found a guy that bought them for his third gen and he said they didn't fit right at the base. Does anyone konw if this will work? ANy help or suggestions for good seats would be great. Also i want a black pair to match my interior. These seats of course need to be able to have racing seat belt adaptability. Thanks.

 

I don't know if those would fit, but I wouldn't order no-name seats. Racing seats are crash tested to get various safety approvals and if they arent tested you don't konw what they would do in an accident.

I put the no name seats in my vert. I just drilled the stock sliders to fit instead of using the cheap ones that came with the seats.



They work perfectly, and fit pretty well. they do touch the doors a little on the outside shoulder bolsters, but I'm going to fix that when I start driving the car again. Machining can fix anything!

Go out and get a tape measure, and see what will and what will not fit.

 

i've sold a few to fc3s.org and they were using them of one of their cars w/o any problems
