dumb question but, which rail does the line coming from the fuel pump go to primary or secondary?

ok, i got it setup right, now i really and truely have no idea why my car is not starting....

well, i've dropped a TII engine into my GSL-SE. everything appears to be hooked up correctly and the car is turning over just not starting. i'm using a haltech F10 and my stock distributor for spark. i've checked the whole ignition sytem and everything is fine, i pretty sure i'm getting fuel. i was reading another thread and someone said they flooded there engine to make sure they were getting fuel, how do you do that?
