Some questions for the rotor heads out there... I have a 86 NA At and want to swap to T2.... First is the diffs the same ie bolt in.... and the driveshaft? the T2 is stonger but shorter that a At one...... so can I get the J-spec 5 sp T2 driveshaft and diff......and of course the counterwieghts! and help is welcome!!!!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif

its a bolt in procedure, you will need the driveshaft from a TII and a crossmember from a manual if im not mistaken,

You'll need the TII transmission, flywheel, clutch, starter, driveshaft, rear end, and axles. The last 3 are optional if you go with a custom driveshaft. Don't forget the slave and master cylinders, as well as the pedals. I don't think that the TII transmission and mount will bolt right in. I think that the mounting holes on A/T frame are in slightly different spots.

on the trans mount, will there be hole availible from factory?/ Aftermarket source? or( last option) is there a safe way to Fab? Once again thanks for all of everyones' help!!! BTW I also need the right counterwieghts right?
