Default Question about this noise (video in post)

So, the tach wasn't working, read somewhere to clean all of the wires since they're what sends the signal to the tach, did that, got the tach to work. Once that had started this noise (
) had started to come up. It's the most damn annoying sound in the entire world.

The car doesn't start right now, no idea why, but if it could, it would still make this noise while driving.

Is my idiot cluster not working and this is a warning sound? Glitch in the matrix?!

i'm not 100% sure but i believe it's either the warning buzzer for low oil pressure or low coolant level my 87 n/a made that noise randomly one day i added coolant and it still happened then i let it run till the oil pressure went up and it went off and hasn't came back on since.
