Yep, its pretty ******* LOUD. I think I got about a mile from Phinsup's house and started thinking about the plugs, lol

I have to admit it was some what shocking to drive it, I mean it sounds awesome at idle, nice and throaty. But as soon as I hit second gear it was like some one removed my header plugs and I was straigt piping it!

Well its cool and I think it will bring out the best in that engine. Only 450 miles to go before I can really rev it up. I have been keeping it under 4 grand until its broken in, so I don't really know how well the engine will pull. I yanked the tranny out of the 84, did the plugs on the 10th AE and called it good, spent the rest of the night drinking beer and watching everyone else.



Oh yea my boost guage isjust so I have to buy a new one.

Your boost guage is fried? I remember you guys were messing with it but I didn't know what was wrong with it. Man watch out for Molson Ice that stuff will creep up on ya. I use to drink those tall cans all the time but they don't sell those anymore. A couple of those and you are feeling pretty good, as a matter of a fact a couple of those and you are downright drunk.

 

I like it, it sounds cool. I wanna hear it after you break in the engine!
