as a 18 yr old male in wisconsin with a 24 over speeding ticket my insuracne for the car would be about 186 a month, i love in wisconsin so everything

has to be a minimum of 100k... i was thinking about buying it and storing it in my brother's dad's shop while i sand it down and fix it up a bit. Maybe wait a few years til my insurance drops... like 21, yeah wisconsin blows. The only problem is that both of my brother's n their dad n mine, plus me( wow that was f'ed up) dont know anything about rotaries. I'd love to learn, i know how the basic concept of the wankel works, but im not completely sure how id begin to work on it engine wise. Any tips on self teaching?
