Gentlemen

When you first take off in your car after the warm up period you can hear a pump cycle for about 2 seconds. Is this the power steering or the brake booster?

The issues is that everytime I take off from a dead stop the pump cycles again. Normally it would only cycle once at start up. Any thoughts on what this may be (Leak in the system?).

hum

It keeps self checking ever time I take off from a stop sign. Do you think it could be a leak in the system? So far I haven't noticed any leaking brake fluid, thoughts suggestions?

Any quick fixes, or do they have to be replaced?
