There is an area under my rx7, which is right after the skirt going toward the tranny tunnel, which is not fiberglass or steel, it looks like some sort of paste that hardens. Well, that is starting to come off the car, and it is exposing the innards (It's this green painted steel inside). Can anybody tell me what it is, or what to replace it with, because I'm just going to re-apply the stuff on the whole car and call it a day.

Is it black an lumpy-like?



Undercoat would be my guess....

No it's not the undercoat, because when you take it off (in my case, faling off), there is nothing behind it. It looks like white cream (you can see the grooves when they applied it at the factory), but it is hard, like part of the vody.
