You can run a -6. That should work fine, unless you want to use hose ends. Are you using a steel or aluminum fuel rail?

It's actually almost too thick. My temperatures stay under $200 on a hot day with alot of hard driving, but I'd like to see them lower. I think that I should get a new oild cooler because mine has seen better days.

Summit sells it all. Take a look at http://fc3s-pro.com/TECH/MODS/FUEL/fpr.htm and then bring on the questions.

13BAce 06-22-2002 06:11 PM

http://fc3s-pro.com/TECH/MODS/FUEL/frails.htm should also help.

From the fuel filter to the primary rail you can just use the rubber line. Then from the primary to the secondary rail use the rubber line. The 89-91 rail that K2RD sells can be tapped for 3/8" NPT at the exit. Get an adapter from 3/8" NPT to -6 AN. At the front of the rail you can go with a 3/8" or 1/4" NPT to 5/16" hose end adapter. Otherwise you can just put an 86-88 banjo bolt on the end. I have one with the washers if you need it.

From the exit of the rail you just run the SS line to the regulator, and from the regulator to the return you can run a SS line and just clamp it to the return line.

Maybe I'll stop by anyway if you need that banjo bolt.

13BAce 06-22-2002 06:28 PM

Don't bother with the parallel system on that site. Just run it in series like stock.

You could always get some piping from Pep Boys to test fit everything.

ILUVMY88CABRIO 06-23-2002 04:01 PM

Let's see some pics of you putting in the NPR IC. I'm thinking of getting one, so it would be cool if I could see how you did it.

ILUVMY88CABRIO 06-23-2002 07:01 PM

I'm sure that it took up most of the space. It's pretty big.
