I spent the better part of today scraping my seals out of my housing and contemplating buying a parts washer. I have been using a bin to clean my parts in, but it kind of sucks. You could just use whats in the parts washer, kerosene, or did you mean to let them steam clean the parts?

I've got a parts washer in lake stevens just up the road from you that you are welcome to use however it has no solvent in it right now as I was planning on moving it soon.



Prolly easier just to take it in and have it done.

whats the best for parts cleaning? i used engine degreaser and it sucks...

and would boiling the parts hurt? like the housings, manifold, etc...?? it might sound ridiculous but i'll give it a shot someday
