Send it back to Rob, but then again if you have to pay shipping, it might cost about the same amount to have someone local fix it.

Pineapple has been putting out too many engines that have to go back for warrenty work lately. I don't want to play cross-country engine swap anymore

I was in a similar situation when I pinched one of my coolant O rings during assembly of my first rebuild.



I ordered four new telfon encapsulated coolant O rings from McMaster-Carr for ~$45, pulled, disassembled, and reassembled my engine and had the car running in about 10 hours of labor.



You know you want to reassemble that thing yourself! Rotary engine builders are hard to find, but the knowlege necessary to do it yourself is not hard to acquire, nor is the task itself difficult.
