All - thanks for the nice comments. To answer the question, I've had it since it was new in late 1989 (actually was a college graduation gift to my wife from her parents - unfortunately/fortunately, my wife didn't know how to drive a stick). Nice parents, huh?

It has spent about 9 of its 14 years in storage because I was stationed in Alaska (Air Force) for 5 years right out of college and then was stationed in DC for 5 years. I worked in SouthEast DC, and if you know SE DC, you wouldn't want to be driving through that area each day. So, stayed in storage. Used it as a daily driver for a while until early 2002, when I got another car. Been sitting ever since mostly.

Thanks again and, oh yeah, if anyone wants to donate a 20B, I'd consider it

That thing is definitely a collector's piece man. Don't sell it unless you get desperate. I know there are a million FC's still around but that is one of the nicest I've seen to date with the lowest original miles and worth keeping in stock form IMO.

Thanks for the nice comments . . . Right now it's fairly close to stock - the only differences are the sound/security system and the cat back. However, the only outward differences relating to the sound/security system is that there is a different head unit. MB Quarts behind the factory grills all around. Amp and subwoofer under rear cover (hidden). Headrest speakers still work (but don't need them) and the factory security system still works - I just added some additional security. So . . . although not entirely stock, it's pretty close.

Oh yeah, and the sound system is a huge improvement and one change I am glad I made.

I think I'll take your advice about not selling . . . thanks again!

Rob - LOL - sure, when do you want to pick it up?

By the way, I looked at your website - nice car yourself. I really like those wheels you have - just similar enough to the stock wheels, but better IMO.

How do you clean your engine? I did it once and it needs it again. Last time I just tried to protect as many electrical connections as possible, sprayed simple green engine degreaser and scrubbed as many places as I could with brushes. Any other tips?

That is in better condition than my 'vert! I have a '91 with 76,000 miles. Three years ago she had only 30,000 miles (I turned 16 three years ago and started driving it). My dad bought mine brand new in '91, and everything is still in pristine shape, except a slight wear on the driver's side seat.

Good job keeping her so good looking. I am gonna go wax mine right now just so I can see my reflection in her.
