Gap? Fill it up with an oil cooler.

Wow! I thought my paint was in good condition until I've seen yours. The lip looks nice. Just too bad there's a bigger gap underneath the front mount now.
shame that the front mount with the original bumper blocked the air from actually going into the undertray. If I can figure out some kind of mesh that does not look like **** to fill the opening with I will install it. |
If you could get something to connect the front lip with the undertray just so that you couldn't see the road through the gap it should look better. Or is that what you were talking about with the overheating issue?

on the way to Rotorjam I had the undertray wedged under the front lip, on the highway I was watching the temperature climb steadily so I pulled over and put it back the way it is and the temp went back to normal.
I dont know if it was air pocket in the coolant ( I was working on the cooling system a few days before ) and by coincence it went away, or if it was the tray wedged down low? I just got back from putting 60 miles or so on the car and on the highway my electric fan shuts off and the car runs cool. So I dont know what to do with the undertray? |
Are you running a FMIC and AC as well? Is the radiator thicker then stock?
