Why do people take it off. Isnt that a big drivability thing? And, wont that make turns a lil bit harder?

i just took mine out when i repaired my a/c.........love the a/c but i miss the p/s sometimes. when your parking or hitting a quick u-turn its kinda gay but it gives a better feel for the road i think........(drifting )

isnt it worse for drifting...cause it has a slower snap back , so you cant couter steer as fast?

i think you told me that mike?

I don't have PS anymore. I don't much care for any car with PS anymore. If feels like a 50 year old hookers ******. All floppy and loose. I can do a U-turn just find and parking os no problem either. Anyone that claims it is tough really needs to get checked. They may have ***** syndrome or wussyness disease. I am skinny as hell and don't have much muscle to begin with and I drive over 50 miles a day in my car with no problems. My girl also drives my car and she has never complained.

Same here Santiago, same here...

I took the power S off a while ago, after i got the engine rebuilt, found these online forums and just started working on my car, more and more. There's a WHOLE BOATLOAD OF CRAP THAT IS REMOVABLE ... not just the p/s

It so nice when you see a nice 2nd gen, open the hood and it's a bare block power house.. No emissions, no extra valves or vac lines.
