Ok after alot of careful consideration (and alot of people doing the same thing) i rulled out turboing my vert. So ive now made up a list of everything i want for the car ill probably have to get a loan to get it all since it will be around 15k total. So let me know what im missing and what should be changed. Im pretty sure i missed some stuff.



Exterior:

RE pro front bumper and side skirts

New sunrise red paint job



Performance:

racing beat header presilencer and dual exhuast

intake

large street port

intake

koyo alum. radiator

electric fan

racing beat light wieght flywheel

Act heavy duty street/comp clutch

S.S. brake lines

re clutch hose

tranny rebuild with miata gear box

10mm magnecor plug wires( performance? )



Brakes:

brembo cross drilled cadium plated rotors

brmebo brake pads



Stereo:

kapluankt sandiego cd32 h.u.

2 alpine amps

infinity kappa speakers

sony 8" sub

So, why did you rule out turboing the thing? For the $15K you plan on spending you could have one fast turbo.

will i need fuel upgrades with those mods?

oh and i need to add guages to the list too.

Well with so many people doing the turbo swaps lately and the reliability issues of the turbo i decided just to build up a reliable/fast na. And i decided id rather just buy a turboII or fd so i have the best of both worlds. :smirk:

that sounds good :bigthumg: , you dont need anything more than an s afc for fuel if you stay na, unless the judge gets his hands on it

Well unless judge comes down here that won't happen so ill just add an s afc to the list.

I heard the Brembo rotors warp easily, keep the pads, just try "endless" rotors!
