Actually if want to be REAL serious, you need 3 per exhaust port. That way you can tune EACH combustion event

so theres tons of wideband controllers, but there are only 2 wideband SENSORS in use. (i wonder about the rx8 its got an ND version) so theres 2 sensors, the bosch; which is an oem audi vw part, and the ntk, which is from a 92 civic vx.



if you test each sensor back to back the bosch is the slower reacting of the two, its less tolerant of heat, seems less durable, and its like 3x cheaper. $50 vs $200ish



for the average street car the bosch is enough, but if you're nuts like el, then you'd wanna step up

im also using the AFX it works well and was the cheapest haha. i plan to use my haltech ( when i put it in) to data log with it.



on ebay they are $250 shiped thats where i got mine came brand new in the box, with the unit, sensor, extra long wiring harness, and a 02 bung and plug.

good idea, im pretty sure im gonna pull my vents and run my two gauges and the wideband in there, i never use the vents anyways, only floor heat when i need it.
