That sucks, if i were you id sue. and not only that tell them that you will only stop the lawsuit upon notification that she passes a thorough old age driving test. That and of course get your car fixed no matter what

 

old people should be tested ever year after they hit 55 or 60 and at 70 they shouldn't be behind the wheel for all of our safety

 

actually at 93 my great grandma was very healthy with 20/20 vision, the *** load of driving experience and imo was a very very good driver.

 

well i'm gonna be a 90 race car driver of some sort myself
