It'll be SO much cheaper to buy a TurboII than to try and turbo your NA 86(they didn't even offer an TII in 86). In fact, for what you might pay to install a turbo, you could probably buy a TII and have TWO RX-7s.

I'm doing the conversion from NA to turbo...but i'm doing EVERYTHING from motor, to driveline. You could install a turbo kit(custom of course, no company makes one), but it will take more then basic mechanic skills. You can either buy a T2, or just go all motor w/ NOS on your NA...either way..you'll be fast.
