Oil Cooler Line Replacement
well my 87 turbo II started to lose almost a quart of oil a week and i've noticed that the oil cooler lines are leaking a little. i'll need to replace them soon but i was wondering what is all involved in the replacement. the step by step if you will. any hints and tips are welcome. also which oil lines do you guys recomend? rb, mazdatrix or cork sports? or does it really matter?
thank you in advance

you can reuse the 4 banjo bolts, and copper washers. It's pretty easy to get the lines off the block. One is a 17mm, I'm not sure what the other is. But the oil cooler's mounts are rubber so it makes it hard to break the bolts loose on it w/o removing it.
there are 4 10mm nuts holding the oil cooler in place. Just unsrew those and take it out from under the car. It's much easier to work on that way anyways.
Remember what angle and which lines when where when you take it off, because once it's mounted it's hard to tighten them down on the oil cooler it'self.
Block is pretty easy.
Very simple setup. 4 bango bolts 8 copper washers a 17 mm wrench or breaker (impace helps when you have to cooler out) I think the other size is like 22 mm, maybe 24mm. It's a big one. Your gonna make a mess tho.

i have a lot of stuff taken off of my car right now, so I'm not sure if the a/c condensor will get in the way much, but the oil cooler is only held by 4 10mm nuts. My a/c is gone so I had loads of room to work with.
it's as simple of a setup as a radiator, one line in, one line out. I thought the oil cooler would be more complex too.
