does the EGR get the exhaust gas from that little pipe in the stock manifold? If it does than It wont harm anything.

Even though the EGR sits on the intermediate housing, I think the EGR ports to let gas back into the engine are located on the LIM below the intake ports for the front and rear housings (odd shaped, right below your auxillary ports).. the gas comes in through the split air pipe, not the rotor housings themselves.



Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd recommend a strong, small magnet on a string, as mentioned above. It's helped me out many times, especially w/ plumbing.

the egr gasses come thru the engine and it goes to the inkake thru the engine too, although off the top i dunno the exact routing. i really doubt its bolt size though

i'd get it out, somehow, even if it required taking the motor out and flipping it upside down.



try the magnet, but it might be a pain since the intermediate is iron, and iron is ferrous.

2 coathangers w/ tape on them? bend them however you want, then use to grab
