What do you guys recommend to replace the O2 sensor? I think the Bosch is cheapest at around $15-20. I know the Mazda OEM is a lot more. Will it make any difference which one I get?

I got a Bosch. Seems to work fine with my A/F gauge.

Kinda on topic...if I get an aftermarket Bonez downpipe, does this affect the o2 sensor placement?

My HKS downpipe has a place for the O2 sensor pretty much exactly where the stock one was. I think the Bonez dp is similar.

How do I know when my o2 sensor is no longer working?

With the engine warmed up, put a voltmeter on the sensor. If its a single-wire one like mine, you should read between 0 and 1 volt between that wire and ground. If you have doubts about it, you should probably just replace it.
