Sounds like a short to ground issue. pinched wire, no insulation, etc. There should be a little metal box that is what makes the blinker flash, breaking and engagin the connection. Have fun tracing wires

I'm not sure if these have the same thing but most cars have a small tin box that is a flasher that plugs in. Something that breaks and reconnects to make the blinkers blink. I will check a manual and see what it has. but if your blowing fuses something is shorted. I will check the manual tomorrow and see what those wires run through. Probably gonna have to trace it. and hope it's not the turn signal switch.

its fixed now i replaced the black box which houses the turn signal cpu and went through the harness to find 2 pinched wires by the seat belt bolt which i taped and laid it back in and everything works now no blown fuses and i have turn signals and hazards again
