Nipple Help

The vacuum diagram is the craziest thing on the entire planet.
There are 4 nipples on the TB. The big hose goes second, and there is a small hose that goes 1st. Then the last two nipples i'm not sure on. I had them in order but one fell out. Does the hose off of the FPR go to the 3rd of 4th nipple?
