Why does he say that the car has 160,000 miles on it and the gauge cluster that he photgraphed only shows a little over 114,000?

I would be weary of this deal.

[quote name='Marley Is God' date='Mar 31 2005, 09:42 AM']It doesn't, it's an S4, and, I believe, all the S4's had the same gauge clusters, with the addition of a boost gauge on the driver's side door for the TII.

yeah they switched from the gauge in the door bc it was dangerous for the driver to have to lean up and turn his head completely to the side to read it.

in other words, what are you talking about? the s4 boost gauge was in the cluster just liek the s5 the gauges just look different

Good point. I just always think that new pictures are taken when these things are posted but you're right, it could be an old pic.

after reading the desc:

"My guage cluster was switched out with a Turbo II guage cluster, it works the same as it normaly would just shows less miles than it really has."

also, I'm buying a SE and it has rear seats... so that car can be an SE

so when you register the car, what do you put for the mileage?
