Nice set up..

I put the adjustable temp sender in mine, already warranteed it once. It also kept poppin 20, and 25 amp fuses. Runs fine on 30 amp and have directly to battery for cool downs after hot laps... never ran the battery down but is nice between laps. i have a digi cam, a really nice one. i just always forget it at my girl's house. i'll take pics tomorow cause i dont have anything really to do to the car except wiring and i have to get the greddy elbow modified and im waiting on an adapter. so tomrorow is take pics, be lazy and not wire, and block off some coolant places. other then wiring, my UIM adapter, modify greddy elbow, install I/C pipes and finishing the plumbing of the fuel (gotta wait for the UIM to go on) the car's done otherwise. i put the wires on the other day (had to modify them to dual-crimp 90 degree female ends instead of the stock style) DAMN they look hot the way they're setup https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.gif oh and i still have no idea how to wire my wiper motor to work w/ a standalone. oh and i also need to order a fuseblock to make the whole wiring thing a lot nicer.

Painless wiring has some nice generic fuse blocks or circuit breakers. I need to clean up my rat's nest once I finish mutating. Bit of a hack job in mine right now, but it works! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blush.gif

Sorry to revive this thread.



Just wanted to say that I've been running the same fan on my FC for about 6 months. I just trimmed off some of the corners of the shroud to make it fit with my Koyo.



IMO, this is one of the best things that I have bought for my car. You should see how fast the temps fall when this fan kicks on.



btw, can you post up some pics of your brackets? I need to have some made up for mine.

the brackets are really simple, I didnt even really measure. I took pieces of 90 degree steel (i think its called angled steel, the L shaped ****) and trimmed it to a small enough size that both the hole on the fan and hole on the radiator fit on the piece. i drilled the holes put bolts through them and then marked what extra i could cut off. It came out looking pretty good tho lol.



I will take pics soon, this weekend im taking pics of my FD so i'll try to remember to gets pics of the brackets.
