So yea bought a X-Treme Black Magic E-Fan from Flex-A-Lite (3,300cfm, limited amp draw, full shroud bla bla bla) and had to put it on my fluidyne radiator for the yellow 89 t2.
Unfortunately the fan is like 4" thick at its biggest point, so the necks of the radiator had to be extended a bit to be able to fit the fan under them. Best part is that it covers the entire core, it fits like a glove other then the whole neck thing. So brought it to a local aluminum welder (i dont trust myself welding aluminum, let enough a radiator). Once he was done i brought it back to my shop and had to fab up some mounting brackets for it, and then it was ready to go. So here's the only pic my phone decided to mail me, this sunday ill be getting tons of pics of the car and more of this rad setup. The fan pulls like a **********er. 18.00 amps ???? That's quite a bit
18 amps is too much? For a large radiator fan that pulls 3300 CFM? I don't think it's that much..
not many other accessories on the car, so i figure the pros outweigh the cons there....not like ill be putting some subs and **** in the car https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.gif.
