New Exhaust

I put new rb exhaust on my na, now it smokes bad https://www.nopistons.com/forums/public/style_emoticons//11.gif I did not replace the cat, used a presilencer, sound good https://www.nopistons.com/forums/public/style_emoticons//post-1-1047683329.gif smokes bad https://www.nopistons.com/forums/public/style_emoticons//11.gif so I'm saving my money for a rebuild. What color is the smoke? Does it smell sweet?

if its a blackish smoke its just the unburnt fuel.

how new is the exhaust and how much idle time have you spent with it? I know my apex'i n1 smoked and gave off a funny smell for awhile on my cibic but this was just like i was cooking some paint or what not from inside the exhaust out.
