new 6 port sleeve inserts
#1
On the request of a forum member, I decided to make few prototype sets of the 6 port sleeve inserts I had in my fc. I ran them for a long time with no problems, but Id still like to have a set or two tested before I do the official launch on my site.
Ideally, Id like to have 2 people test them. One car thats mostly stock, and another thats moderately modded(bolt-ons, and preferably porting). Use them for a week, put some miles on them(I'm not looking for someone who puts 50 miles a week on their car), and then pull them and inspect them. Then just write a review for them on my site, and they are yours to keep, free of charge. PM me if youre interested with details about your car and about how many miles a week you drive on average.

Heres the pictures.
And for those interested, I will be pricing these significantly cheaper than the Pineapple Racing inserts.
I'll do what I can.
Maybe I should try em out :O.

ive got an 85 gsl, with an 85 gsl-se 6 port engine in it, running an s4 lower intake manifold, racing beat upper manifold with a weber 48mm dco carb and a full exhaust, dynoed 125hp to the wheels, my motors got 175k on it. id be more than willing to give these a try and write a decent review on any gains i discover from them.
pm me if your interested in having me test them.

Just curious, I know some people were having problems securing the pineapple sleeve inserts, until they said to dimple the sleeve above the insert. What's your method of securing them?
Because I am using nylon instead of the aluminum pineapple used Im not expecting any problems. But if they do need to be secured, I have a solution. Another plus of the nylon is that if something were to happen, its not hard enough to do any real engine damage.
