I need to rebuild my motor on a 87 RX7 NA. Any ideas on cost? I have never attempted such a thing, and really do not have a clue where to begin. My mechanical knowledge does not exceed bolt-ons and oil changes. How much could I get a rebuild done for? What if I bought all the parts, what is the labor involved?



Anyone know a mechanic in Miami, or if you know what your doing, and are in Miami, would you be willing to do it?

I remember being quoted $2500 and two weeks are needed. You drop the car off wiat 2 weeks and get it back with a rebuilt motor. Keep in mind this is everything is re-useable if you have a damaged rotor or housing the cost will be more.

PNC did mine. 305-588-4575. i paid $3,000.oo but I did a Carb. conversion. he was charging under 2G for a rebuild and street port. I go there for everything I cant do. talk to Jose
